JB’s cooking is an unforgettable experience every time, a magical confrontation with the fact that the dish is simply better than the sum of its individual ingredients, even though these are always very fresh and have never travelled very far. The presentation on the plates is always elegant and even though it surprises with its creativity, it is never provocative. It appears as though the plates are always giving thanks to the chef for giving them boundless opportunities to charm the guests with their top notch flavours.
